Maverik 2028 Elite Trip Proposal
A cornerstone recognition experience for Maverik's top operations employees and their guests — premium, seamless, culturally rich, and adventure-aligned.
Wren International has partnered with Maverik for almost 20 years, delivering some of the company's largest and most complex Incentive Programs across the globe. Our history together is defined by trust, operational excellence, and the shared goal of creating life-changing experiences for Maverik's top performers.
Throughout this partnership, we have moved more than 3,000 Maverik employees and guests across four continents, managed programs ranging from 30 to more than 600 participants, and executed experiences that reflect Maverik's adventurous brand and commitment to its people.
This proposal includes six destination options for the Maverik 2028 Elite Trip. Each option is structured around Maverik's required format: welcome and farewell experiences, at least one Maverik excursion day, cultural immersion, high-touch logistics, and transparent pricing.
Maverik's Elite Trip is a cornerstone recognition experience for top operations employees and their guests. Wren understands the importance of delivering a premium, seamless, culturally rich, and adventure-aligned program that reflects Maverik's brand and celebrates its people.
From 50 passengers in Costa Rica in 2006 to 600+ across five groups in Fiji in 2023 — Wren has grown alongside Maverik every step of the way.
Many Maverik leaders have personally traveled on multiple Wren-managed programs. Their firsthand experience with our operational rigor, risk management, and service delivery has reinforced organizational confidence in Wren as a trusted travel partner.
At Wren International, we view each Elite Trip as part of a long-term partnership — not a one-off event. Our focus is on excellence for every program, from the first planning call to the farewell dinner.
We do not operate with separate sales, operations, and on-site teams. The same people who prepared this proposal will serve as your account leads from RFP through contracting, planning, on-site delivery, and post-trip wrap-up. The vision in this proposal is the experience delivered on the ground.
If unforeseen factors arise that affect pricing — currency fluctuations, last-minute changes outside Maverik's control — we honor our commitments and work proactively to protect Maverik's budget and guest experience. We take a long-term view of every client relationship.
Our health and safety protocols are rigorous, proactive, and proven through consistent application across complex international programs. We integrate comprehensive pre-departure preparation, continuous risk monitoring, and on-site operational support at every stage of travel.
We take every detail personally. From the moment your guests arrive to the moment they return home, the Wren team is present, attentive, and committed to delivering an experience that exceeds expectations — for every guest, on every day of the program.
Wren International is a local, family-owned business founded in 1996 in Salt Lake City. We bring a personal investment to every client relationship that large corporations simply cannot match. No one cares more about your business than we do — because we take it personally.
With relationships in over 130 countries and clients ranging from 20 to 1,200 guests, we have the network to deliver extraordinary experiences worldwide. We stretch every dollar to champagne level — maximizing perceived value while honoring the actual budget.
During the 2018 Mav 300 program, Wren International successfully managed two independent medical emergencies involving program participants, each requiring a high level of coordination and immediate intervention. These incidents necessitated hospitalization, emergency medical repatriation, and, in one case, the coordination of a private medevac aircraft under time-sensitive conditions.
Wren assumed full case management responsibility from the moment each incident was identified. Our team coordinated directly with local hospitals, attending physicians, airlines, medical evacuation providers, and travel insurance partners — while Maverik leadership remained focused on program continuity.
Maverik incurred zero additional out-of-pocket expenses. Wren managed all operational logistics and financial exposure — totaling approximately $500,000 — through our established travel insurance coverage and global emergency response network. At no point were costs passed to Maverik or the impacted travelers.
Each destination has been selected to reflect Maverik's adventurous brand, cultural appetite, and group dynamics. Select a destination to explore highlights and itinerary details.
An all-inclusive luxury resort experience 20–25 miles from Puerto Vallarta, featuring the spectacular "Rhythms of the Night" farewell and a group excursion to the protected Marietas Islands.

A two-destination Australian adventure — the iconic Sydney Harbour followed by an exclusive rainforest and Great Barrier Reef experience at a private resort buyout in Port Douglas.
An immersive journey through Ireland's most legendary landscapes — from the Gap of Dunloe to the dramatic Cliffs of Moher, finishing with a castle gala at Dromoland.
The glamour of Monaco, the beauty of the Côte d'Azur, and a farewell dinner inside the legendary Hotel de Paris — an unforgettable Riviera experience.
